hhbf Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the hhbf platform at hhbf.pro (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with hhbf's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. hhbf reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. The effective date of the most current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page.

To open and maintain an account with hhbf, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. hhbf strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another person, a corporation, or any other legal entity is not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of hhbf or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such persons.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law at the time of each gaming session.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and any other details requested for identity verification.

hhbf enforces a strict policy of one account per player. Each player may hold only one active account, linked to one verified mobile number, one verified identity document, and one primary payment method. Opening, operating, or accessing duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all accounts involved and forfeiture of all associated balances.

hhbf reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a government-issued national ID, passport, or driver's licence) at any point during the account lifecycle. If a player fails to provide satisfactory verification within the time period specified by hhbf, the account may be suspended pending review and withdrawal requests may be withheld until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hhbf account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. hhbf strongly recommends enabling 2FA via SMS for all accounts.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your account. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in with valid credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally initiated that activity.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify hhbf immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. hhbf will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player failed to maintain adequate credential security.

All player account balances at hhbf are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through approved payment channels, which currently include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank.

Deposits: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your hhbf account balance within minutes of successful payment confirmation. hhbf does not charge a platform-side fee on deposits made through any supported payment method. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of hhbf.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before processing. hhbf will only process withdrawals to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the hhbf account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. Mobile banking withdrawals (bKash, Nagad) are generally processed within a few minutes to a few hours of approval. Bank transfers to Dutch-Bangla Bank and City Bank are typically completed within 1 to 2 business days of approval.

hhbf reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by hhbf's internal risk management systems. In such cases, additional documentation may be requested and the withdrawal may be placed on hold pending review.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal amount: Subject to hhbf's current limits as displayed in the player dashboard at the time of the request.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to processing.

hhbf offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and event-specific promotions tied to occasions such as BPL season, Eid, and major cricket tournaments. The following general conditions apply to all hhbf promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available only to eligible players as defined in the specific promotion terms. hhbf reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are credited to the player's bonus wallet and are not withdrawable as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount of qualifying real-money wagers that must be placed before bonus funds or related winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Only wagers placed on qualifying games contribute toward wagering requirements. Contributions from different game categories (slots, live casino, sports betting) may be weighted differently as specified in the promotion terms.
• Promotional bonuses may not be claimed in conjunction with other active bonuses unless explicitly stated in the promotion.
• hhbf reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to opening duplicate accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

All bets and wagers placed on the hhbf platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product (sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, etc.). These product-specific rules are accessible within the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to that product.

Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with hhbf's official sports betting rules. Results are determined based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority (e.g., the Board of Control for Cricket in India for IPL matches, the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL fixtures). In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or shortened, settlement will follow the applicable sport-specific rules.

Casino Games: All casino games offered on the hhbf platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, Spribe, and Hacksaw Gaming. hhbf does not control the outcome of any casino game and does not manipulate RNG outputs.

Disputed Results: If a player believes that a game result was incorrectly recorded or settled, they must contact hhbf support within 72 hours of the relevant event. hhbf will investigate the dispute and, where technically feasible, review game logs to determine the correct outcome. hhbf's decision following such review is final and binding.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hhbf platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other technological tool to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to fix the outcome of any sporting event or casino game.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches in the Platform to obtain financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or mobile financial service provider. hhbf will pursue recovery of fraudulently reversed funds through all available legal mechanisms.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Registering multiple accounts to obtain bonuses more than once or to circumvent account suspension decisions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited and using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to disguise your actual location.

hhbf is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all players. The Platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. Gambling is not a method of generating income and should never be pursued as such.

hhbf provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are available directly from the player account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your hhbf account.
• Session Time-Outs: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period (24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a break from gambling for a set duration without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the hhbf platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the specified exclusion period.

All content on the hhbf Platform — including but not limited to the hhbf brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of hhbf or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without hhbf's prior written consent.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use hhbf's trademarks, service marks, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or that implies endorsement by hhbf.

Game content provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, PG Soft, Hacksaw Gaming, and others) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to that studio's licensing terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hhbf, its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from betting or gaming activity on the Platform.
• Interruptions, delays, or technical failures affecting access to the Platform or the settlement of bets and games.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Actions taken by hhbf in good faith pursuant to these Terms, including account suspension or balance forfeiture following a violation investigation.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hhbf makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

hhbf's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their hhbf account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hhbf collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected by hhbf — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, payment details, and transaction history — is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and customer support. hhbf does not sell player personal data to third parties.

hhbf may share player data with regulated third-party service providers (such as payment processors and identity verification vendors) to the extent necessary to deliver the services described in these Terms. All such third parties are contractually obligated to maintain data security standards consistent with hhbf's own practices.

hhbf reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, hhbf will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page. Where practicable, hhbf will provide advance notice of significant changes via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

hhbf reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• hhbf has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity associated with the account.
• A player has failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

Upon termination of a player account for any reason other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their most recently used verified payment method, subject to hhbf's standard withdrawal processing procedures.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or dispute resolution mechanisms as determined by hhbf's operational policies in force at the time of the dispute.
